Karim and his wife Catherine are amazing from the very first meeting, through out the entire sales process and to the final signing. We were kept updated at all times. We also bought our next home with Karim. He is very patient and makes you feel like you are the most important clients! His knowledge of the neighbourhoods, structures, pricing, and even resale is astounding. He really understood what we wanted and he knew the right features that were important to us. Our entire process was seemless and stress free. I feel that he is family as he helped us with the most important purchase and sale that we made. I really can't say enough great things about Karim and Catherine. They first helped our daughter and the service was second to none. He then helped us buy our cabin and again we were impressed.
