Karim was nothing short of amazing - he was kind, professional and very personable which made it very easy to connect with him from the first time we met him. Further, his assistant/wife Catherine was also excellent - I know she was working hard in the background creating everything from an initial listing package to booking our home inspection. Though I know Karim is extremely busy, he makes you feel like you are his only client and was very flexible to ensure he accommodated our busy schedules. I was extremely impressed with his prompt response time (even in the late evenings and weekends) to my many questions which I greatly appreciated as a first time home buyer. Our first time home buying experience was SEAMLESS and I know that was attributed to Karim (and his assistant!). He had excellent recommendations for home inspectors and went out of his way to reach out to his network of colleagues to get us great recommendations on moving companies. Though I hope we don't have to move anytime soon, I would definitely utilize Karim for any future purchases and recommend him to all my friends and family. :)
