Karim has been buying and selling my families homes for the last 22 years. When it was time to purchase my first home, without a doubt I wanted Karim to be my realtor. His specialty says "first time home buyers" but it should also mention life long friend in the making as well. He is informative, relaxed patient and always has your best interest at heart.
