Karim was referred to us by a friend and are we ever happy we went with him. He did an excellent market analysis and recommended a plan of action for setting the price and gave us a completely accurate scenario of events going forward. Every step of the way he made suggestions that ultimately came into play. At no time did he ever disagree with our opinions but would give us a couple of alternatives to consider.
