He was incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods I was interested in, and how many things were updated on each home vs how many things were likely going to need work/updates. He knew the approximate pricing of what those things may cost to get changed and updated the way I wanted. If he didn't know something off the top of his head, he would find me the answer very quickly or knew who we could ask to get the answer. His admin was also very quick to reply and find answers and solutions to any issues we encountered as well. They found me a home I adore with all the things I wanted and more. I would highly recommend working with him and his team!
