Kip is a real professional, who went the extra mile to show me around when I was shopping for the right home. He is a very hard worker and he responds instantly to any question. He provided good advice along the way, pointed out pit falls, and in the end, I ended up with a great home in a very competitive market. He saved me lots of money, so I saved him in my favourites for all my future real estate transactions.

It was a pleasure working with Kip in the selling of my rental property. Kip is the 4th Realtor we've worked with and by far the BEST! He has a winner's attitude and gives his best in everything he does. When we first listed our property, due to the squalor our tenants had left in their wake, I was assuming we'd be taking at least a $50k cut in value. What I didn't account for is the grit, hustle, ingenuity and passion of Kip Clere... which got us $67k over asking in less than a week! I couldn't more emphatic in recommending Kip for any of your real estate selling or buying needs!

Kip's a great realtor to have in board! Never stopped looking and when something came up he was on it in a flash. Always made time to answer my texts and calls promptly. And on top of that he's a great guy! Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted realtor.
