Kip was an absolutely fantastic realtor! I was in the market to buy a great home, but wasn't sure about market conditions. However, Kip managed to find me an absolute gem, and negotiated to get the price way below market value ($28,500 less to be exact!). He was also really responsive to my questions, made the whole thing feel easy, and encouraged me when I got nervous. Couldn't have done it without him.
