Since we're new to the area and first-time buyers, it was particularly nice to work with such a personable and welcoming agent. Laura is very professional and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, builders and any "red flags" to look out for. She was always available to help with virtual/remote viewings, answer questions, and provide valuable guidance.

Laura came highly recommended and did not disappoint. From the get go she gave us a clear, evidence based plan that she delivered despite all the chaos around us. Her friendly, confident, demeanor combined with up to date knowledge of the market and social climate made her worth every penny. So grateful for all her hard work.

The worst experience I have ever had. Laura talks a good game but her follow through is lacking. Laura was unprofessional and her ego was too large that when she was wrong about things she would not apologize or admit she did not know. Her BS might get her by with some clients but both my wife and myself were highly disappointed with our experience with Laura. She had an attitude problem when I did not use the inspectors she recommended and questioned the people I used. It should be noted, all the parties I used are experienced and in business in the respective field. If you are looking at country property or the Carleton Place area, I highly recommend you find another agent and another firm.

<p>Laura Keller is an outstanding agent in my opinion. She is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Personally I find going through the buying and selling of a home a stressful experience so having someone who was so easy to communicate with and knowledgeable is essential. Her videos and pictures are beautiful and to be honest that is what first drew me to her. I didn’t know Laura before this so I am not doing this for any other reason than being extremely happy with her work. Seek her out, you won’t be disappointed.</p>
