Laura is an absolute joy to work with from the beginning. She's patient and understanding of her clients needs and a pleasure to be around. We can't thank her enough for the work she's done for us. 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough.

It was a long process for us, but Laura remained engaged and patient throughout, even though we had some challenges with several houses, with the craziness of the current market, Laura did a great job of supporting us along the way. When it finally came time to win an offer and sell our house, Laura did an amazing job of listing and advising us on strategy for both buying and selling. We sold our house quickly, had amazing interest and sold well over asking. We attribute this in part to the market, but Laura was a huge part of how well our property was marketed, and especially in the last mile in getting us the most value possible for our property. We would highly recommend Laura and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Carleton Place, but throughout the greater Ottawa region. She knows a lot about the area, and beyond being knowledgeable, she makes it as much fun and stress free as is possible with this sort of thing.

Since her first visit to evaluate our home prior to recommending a listing price Laura has displayed a professional capability that assured us that she was the right realtor to handle our needs. Through her we acquired a team. Including the professional that visited to report on what was needed to effectively stage the house. And a photographer who submitted a stellar movie which captured the magic of our rural property. Laura was there throughout the process offering advice on how to handle the viewing requests and review of bids.
