Laura helped us sell our house and was able to facilitate the entire process while I was out of province (due to a military posting). She brought in a stager, a cleaner and a repairman to ensure the house looked amazing in the pictures and videos. She impressed us with a thorough understanding of local pricing and inventory for sale in the neighbourhood. Her attention to detail and good use of different mediums for advertising were instrumental in a quick sale. We were incredibly happy when the property sold for more than anticipated. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and I am happy she was in our corner.

And we saw a lot of homes! She helped us locate our retirement home! I will definitely recommend her services.
