I recently used Leah’s services as my listing agent for a tenanted rental property. As is often the case, selling tenanted properties, particularly in a strata development, is not always an easy job. Leah quickly developed a good rapport with the tenant, which was beneficial for scheduling showings, inspections, and a successful move out. She was diligent and thorough with the collection of the strata documentation for the Buyer, and followed up on anything that warranted further information. I was extremely pleased with Leah’s professionalism, and attention to detail, which resulted in a speedy, stress free sale on my end!
