Leah was recommended to me by family members who had known her for a while. She proved to be extremely professional, and her knowledge of arera and market were right on. She showed up always on time, was really nconcerned about our welfare and made numerous visits to our home rather than have us go to her office. She was the consumate professional.

From our first introductory meeting, two things were very clear 1. Leah is an absolute professional that really understands the real estate market and how to get the very best out come for her client. 2. She was able to provide careful analysis at each step which added significant value by really taking care of the details that helps support decision making. Her service level goes above and beyond. We cannot emphasize enough what a pleasure it has been working with her.

We cannot be more grateful for Leah's support in helping us buy our house!! Being honest I can say we were probably not the easiest clients to deal with,(bit of an emotional roller coaster). We moved from the mainland and we were downsizing,( leaving our kids and many friends behind) as it has been our dream to give the island life a try. Leah was incredibly patient with us as we looked at many different homes as we were not completely sure what it was we were looking for. Her honesty, professionalism ,communication and knowledge of not only the Comox Valley but the housing market was super helpful. It was a pleasure working with Leah, who was recommended to me. Her knowledge of the real estate market and helpful advice made the process of selling my house easy. She was always on time and quick in communicating with the updates. She sold my house in record time. Leah is an excellent Realtor who came highly recommended and I found her to be very professional, but with a personal touch that made so much difference. I had to sell my mother's home after she passed away and Leah was friendly and approachable and helped with many of the other tasks involved in clearing an estate. Leah knows many other professionals located in the area that I needed to get things done, such as for lawn maintenance and plumbing issues and estate contents removal. She looked after getting the house cleaned and did the staging herself. Every time I spoke to her it was always positive and helpful. I would definitely use her services again myself if I have need of someone in the Comox Valley and will recommend her to anyone else that needs a Realtor
