We literally found Leah because of all of her positive reviews. We were certainly not disappointed. She met all of our expectations and then some. Her wealth of experience was evident right from the start. From the beginning stages of determining the listing price and posting the listing, right through to signing the final documents, and everything in between. Her knowledge, experience, and professionalism were evident every step of the way, and we would not have wanted anyone else in our corner guiding us through the selling process. Ours was not your typical property sale. We were selling on behalf of the estate of a loved one who had recently passed away. She showed a great deal of compassion towards us throughout the listing period and was always available to answer questions we had. Shortly after we had accepted an offer, we encountered a flood in the property resulting in an insurance claim. She guided us through the claims process and called on the numerous contacts and contractors she had networked with from her many years in the business. She kept the buyer and their agent informed throughout the restoration schedule, moving the closing date three times, and kept the offer valid for weeks after the initial closing date. Prior to listing my property, I invited two realtors from different companies. One agent, came empty handed, did not know or bothered to check the assessed value, he told me my property had a low assessed value! He had little to say or leave behind. A couple of days later he emailed me a suggested price and totally misspelled my name. Leah arrived totally prepared. She had printed out all listings of sold properties comparable to mine, the assessed value information, information on "working with an agent", she explained what to expect from an agent, the realty commission, and more, which reassured me that I was dealing with a professional. Needless to say, choosing Leah as my realtor was an easy decision. She worked very hard for the sale of the property, returned my phone calls, answered my emails. Leah helped in every way to make the deal go thru - what could have been a difficult transition, became an easy one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
