Matt was an absolutely wonderful realtor to work with. He was very friendly, honest and upfront. We were new to town and Matt was able to find us a great home, within our price range, located in a great neighbourhood! He was always available and ready to answer any of our questions. We interviewed three different real estate agents and choose Matt for the following reasons: enthusiastic, very personable, professional, knowledgeable, driven, hard working Matt guided us from start to closing on the sale of our acreage. He has a great team with Remax and Sean Gillis. He was very patient in helping us find the next new home and did not pressure us. Communication was excellent through phone calls, text messages and emails. We would highly recommend Matt and his team.

Matt was awesome to work with and helped us get into the house we were looking for. He was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what we could ask of a realtor. We loved his recommendations on people to use for inspections, lawyers etc. He even sent us extra info on who to contact to set up everything once we had moved in.
