Matt was awesome to work with and helped us get into the house we were looking for. He was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what we could ask of a realtor. We loved his recommendations on people to use for inspections, lawyers etc. He even sent us extra info on who to contact to set up everything once we had moved in. We are so pleased with our experience with Matt as our realtor we would definitely recommend him and will be going through him again in the future!

Matt was amazing to work with. As first time home owners he guided us through the process and answered any and all questions we had- at any time of the day! Matt Chomyc went above and beyond to help me and my family find the perfect home. We viewed a lot of houses in a short period of time, and we very much appreciated the hussle he put forth. His knowledge of the Grande Prairie area was very helpful in deciding what neighborhoods we wanted to focus on during our search. We were not expecting to find a home that checked all the boxes in our price range but somehow he found one for us. We really appreciate his hard work, great communication, and professionalism.
