This is my second time using Matt as my realtor. It was a great experience as usual. He is very flexible with time, knowledgeable, and his easy going personality makes him fantastic to work with. He goes above and beyond trying to check all the boxes, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We sold our home in Grande Prairie 3 years ago and Matt went above and beyond to accommodate our needs at that time. So naturally when we decided to move back to Grande Prairie I contacted Matt. We bought our home virtually. Matt went to all the homes and would facetime with us at each one. Showing us everything and answering all our questions. He even recommended a mortgage broker that worked with us to have all our needs met. We bought our home without ever seeing it in person. As you can imagine that is a crazy way to buy a home, but that shows the level of trust that we had to have with Matt. He is a fabulous agent, patient, thorough and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Grande Prairie area.
