He made sure we understood everything that was going on and gave us all necessary updates which was very helpful with us being first time home buyers. Throughout the process of finding a new home, Mike always seemed to make the extra effort to make everything as simple and smooth as possible. He explained all of the points I was interested in for finding a new home, from location and needs for the property to trends in the neighbourhoods and local services. I never felt rushed into any part of the process, even with the busy market in the area there was no "high pressure" to sign paperwork that I have experienced in the past. The whole negotiation period felt very professional and that he was truly looking out for my interests. I was kept very up to date with everything as soon as the information was available.
