Mike's help and attention to detail are second to none. He understood every nuance of the process, and came prepared to walk me through each step. Our house was listed with careful attention, and sold within 24 hours, with an official backup offer as well. Support didn't end at contract signing. He guided me through helping choose a lawyer and making sure they had all that they needed. I can't recommend Mike Kirk highly enough. He understand the business inside and out.

Mike knows the market well. He is an excellent communicator, and if he doesn't have the answer, he gets back to you very quickly with the right information. He knows when to get into the minutiae and when to keep it more brief. Mike is an effective listener; he is focused and intentional, never distracted. Patience is critical in real estate, and he is really patient with his clients, I always felt very supported.
