He guided me through every step of the process in selling my parent's estate, which was especially helpful as I was from a different province! Mike patiently took the time to answer my many questions and to explain all of the legalese to fit my understanding. Mike's keen understanding of the real estate market informed his decisions as to when to list and bring in offers.
