Michael helped my wife and me with both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our current one. On the sale of our previous home we were very impressed with the thorough market analysis of recent activity and the pricing strategy we adopted to sell the property. His level approach and excellent negotiating strategy helped us get more for our property than we were expecting. Same with the purchase of our current home. We saved thousands more than I was prepared to pay. Overall, with Michael’s strategies I believe he saved us enough to cover his fees. Worth every penny! Thank you Michael!

I bought my first home through Michael and a few years after, I worked with him to sell that home and buy my second home as my GF and I were expecting and needed more space.
