We highly recommend Michael, he helped us understand the market of how to buy and sell based on recent listings sold, how to stage our photos for the house, has his own photographers, and all the measurements for your listing is included with his package. He has a lot of reliable connections with the inspectors, to the staging and more. After listing our house with Michael's company, it sold in three days of being on market. Michael is very calm, friendly, and informational. He always made it very clear where everything sat, what our options were, what the next steps were, and was very hands-on during the process.
