During the bidding process, Nav prepared detailed proposals to the sellers and helped make a case for us and our offer. He included analysis of recent sales and current price trends to arrive at a reasonable offer and was our advocate through the whole process. Overall, we are very pleased we picked Nav as our realtor and would highly recommend him. His work ethic, professionalism and market knowledge were big factors in us finding our ideal home.

Nav helped us with our first purchase in Vancouver. Nav has been super professional, patient and friendly to work for the past four months. He cares about everyone’s needs in my family. He even took extra miles calling the local school board to confirm some questions we had regarding kids enrollment. As our family situation changed, Nav was extremely patient and accommodating with us around property viewing trips from Coquitlam to Burnaby, and again from New West to Vancouver.
