Nav helped us purchase our first home during the peak of an incredibly uncertain market this summer. He is highly knowledgeable in his field and understood our requirements right from the start. He patiently answered all our doubts as a first time homebuyer and provided valuable advice throughout the process. Over the last couple months we had been preparing to sell our home and we had collected many “pamphlets” that come in the mail for realtors. We went with Nav because he knows and works in our area and we read some positive reviews online. Immediately we knew we made the right decision. Throughout the entire sale from the first phone call we felt that Nav had our best interest at heart - he truly was incredible to work with - he not only took the time to educate and inform us of the current market but also took the time to see what we really wanted. Nav was extremely kind, well spoken and most of all consistent. He made us feel comfortable and he was always flexible with scheduling making it easy . Nav also went above and beyond with marketing for our apartment to ensure we could present our best case using brochures , mail outs and social media. Being detail oriented nav also helped us re arrange and stage our home without putting any pressure to make us feel we had to . Navid is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to make sure his client is satisfied. He helped me a lot to find the right place and his recommendations were very helpful. Navid is a skilled negotiator; he considers every small point and comes up with many good ideas to finalize the deal. I had fantastic experience and highly recommend him to all my friends. The process of buying a place can easily get frustrating but Navid is great at making it fun and enjoyable. The best part about working with Navid was that he was always focused on answering all my questions, giving me good advice, and finding places that met my needs.

For us, Nav truly delivered the impossible... We were able to purchase a detached home in one of the most desirable locations in Port Moody Center, under the asking price, while everything else was selling for 200-400K over. The purchase was done through an exclusive sale as the property was no longer on the market. We first saw the property in summer but were not able to negotiate the price to our liking. Over the months, Nav had built an incredible relationship with the seller's agent and he regularly contacted the agent to see if the sellers were willing to negotiate. Once he knew there may be an opportunity to restart the talks with the sellers he was game on, and we closed the deal in a short time. We were able to put all the subjects in our offer, which enabled us to do a full inspection and had enough time to ensure the financial clearance. Nav's ability to read the market, see a couple steps ahead, build trust with the seller's agent, negotiate wisely, and have the right amount of patience were invaluable in securing our purchase. We knew that Nav always had our best interest in mind and were very careful with when and in which conditions we should make an offer. He also connected us with other professionals that we really enjoyed working with. We received a great rate and an incentive from the mortgage broker and we really trusted the work and honest opinions of the inspector he connected us with. What we also valued most working with Nav was his honesty, transparency, sincereness and humor. He was always very patient with us, answering our countless questions promptly and in detail. He was able to put forward different strategies when we were outcompeted in other properties. He has wealth of knowledge and insights on this crazy market and his great social skills helped us greatly to navigate this environment. We truly feel that in addition to a great real estate professional, we have gained a good friend during this process. Our son, our dog and us already miss seeing him!

We worked with Nav from October through February in our search for a home in the Lower Mainland from a distance. Going in, we weren't too sure what we wanted. Eventually, we were able to focus in on a neighbourhood we liked and have moved into a home that we are very happy with. We closed on our new home with a slightly unconventional offer, and we couldn't have done it without him. In that aspect alone, he proved his worth. But Nav has much more to offer beyond his deal-making abilities. Looking back on this journey, the advice and suggestions he made along the way were sound. I'd ask him about a listing that I liked, and he wouldn't hesitate to tell me, "I wouldn't spend time looking at this listing because of X and Y, unless you are okay with Z." He'd give you his input, but always leave you space to make the decision. I suggest to anyone who works with Nav to be open and share everything that you're thinking. I regret not doing that sooner. Yes, it's true that a buyer's agent's incentives are not always aligned with the buyer. But through this experience, Nav strived to make, and made, the best deal for me.
