She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and will take her time to understand your needs. She will adapt to your situation and make it work! She won't not hesitate to let you know when something is not a good deal or a property is not for you. She will look after you. I got the pleasure of working with Michael as well. They both compliment each other and together make a killer team. Even after the deal is done they always make sure they are there for you. I truly felt like I had friends all along helping me through the process, which made it feel a lot easier. If you're looking to buy a property in Edmonton Nichola & her team are the way to go.
