They arranged for junk removal, cleaners, painters, and more! And let them in and locked up behind them. I live out of province and they were a godsend. Very clear communication. Very professional. And when the buyer wanted more money off after the inspection they firmly said don't do it, I did not have to to sell, and they were right! Saved me thousands!!
