This woman is AH-MA-ZING. Tens across the board! She has been like a best friend through this whole process. She knew what we wanted and what kind of house we needed before we even knew! She has a baffling amount of knowledge and was completely transparent about everything with us through the whole process. She is upbeat, energetic, and was genuinely excited for us as we bought our first home! She was patient and understanding with my concerns, and was able to coach me through the whole process. Another thing I loved is that Nichola made us feel like top priority clients, made us feel super special, and gave us so much attention that it felt like we were her only clients.
