Here’s the deal (& the meat and potatoes of why we chose Nichola Elise) We had to find an Amazing Real Estate Agent!!! Nichola Élise from Coffee to Keys WAS IT! She is top ranked IN Edmonton area (and let’s be honest who doesn’t want the best?!?!) We had a lot of moving parts - We moved from Ontario to Alberta. We needed an OUTSTANDING agent who knew the market AND could help guide us while we were not in province. She worked around our schedule. She knew the value of homes in each area we were looking AND even advised against areas that were not worth the listing price. She knows her stuff! She spent an entire weekend with my Husband & FIL house hunting after I had created a detailed list of homes - she helped shrink the list based on our TOP MUST HAVES. She’s got a Client First Attitude - wants what you want like it’s for herself! She hooked us up with local AMAZING contacts to get the job done (home inpector/ mortgage broker/ real estate lawyer) She dealt with the other agent & the shenanigans that can occur when dealing with the purchase of a home. She kept us in the loop the entire time! We don’t get your moneys worth anymore. In fact, try and think of a time you bought something and had the experience you actually paid (and it met or exceeded expectations?!). Good luck! I cannot say brought about Nichola! Being first time home buyers we really didn’t have a lot of knowledge but Nichola held our hand and walked with us the entire process! Everything was explained in detail, our needs were met and exceeded! She’s a wonderful, bubbly person which made the experience all the better. I have already recommended her to several people in my life and we will 1000% be using her in the future.

Nichola Servante is a powerhouse realtor. She knows how to find all the answers you need to purchase the perfect house for you. We were first time home buyers and come in not really knowing what would be involved-so we had tonnes of questions. She handled every question with expert knowledge and experience. Somehow she found us the perfect house for us, was able to pinpoint any potential problems, and provide recommendations. If she didn't have an answer for something, she found it for us really quick. She has a lot of contacts in the city and used that to fill any gaps. She really does an excellent job guiding her buyers from start to finish- and even afterwards! I still ask her questions months later! Through the search she listened intently to what we wanted and what was most important to us and advocated for the best deal and outcome for us and here I am, in the perfect house for me and my husband. I highly recomend Nichola and her team.

3rd deal with her for my investments. Very good at making sure I cash flow monthly. I am very happy and will use her again.

Buying our first home was a big deal for us. We have saved for years and when Nichola first took us for a cup of coffee we connected immediately! She even gave us a sheet of questions to ask other agents when we interviewed them all, she stood out! We bought a character home in Downtown Edmonton that was over 70 years old. There was tons of details we needed to know about it and Nichola made sure we understood them all. We live there now and have been there for 6 months, we are over the moon and have already recommended her to our friends.

Was very happy with Nichola and her team! They were a pleasure to be around and always communicated all the details to us at every turn. We sold our old place and bought a new one with her at the same time. The market conditions were changing constantly and I always felt very informed. We bought in a new area of St. Albert so we had lots of questions regarding amenities and what's around. Nichola didn't always know every answer off hand, BUT SHE ALWAYS got the info to us right away after she did her research. It was very informative. She was also able to give us great referrals to other services that we needed (landscaping, fence, etc). A Rockstar in her field!
