Nichola was a fantastic and competent realtor. We were looking to move from a different city and she made it easy and possible throughout the entire process. Beginning with a zoom call and following up with frequent WhatsApp messaging, Nichola seamlessly made it possible for us to find a property that we can grow into as a family. She made things simple with us being out of town, taking videos and pictures during the home inspection and following up on deficiencies identified in a timely manner with frequent communication with us as well as the selling agent. We worked with Nichola to sell our first home and purchase in a new neighbourhood, and she made the whole experience so manageable. She was SO organized and on top of everything, we always felt like she made us a priority and appreciated how thoroughly she answered all of our questions. When it came to selling, she helped us stage our home perfectly and price it right - we had 3 great offers immediately and we were able to close the deal fast which is what we wanted. She listened closely to what we were looking for in a new home and helped us negotiate effectively on our offer - we managed to pay below asking and avoid a bidding war due to good timing and her seamless management of the whole transaction. Bottom line: Nichola is a legit pro and we will absolutely work with her again in the future if/when we plan to move.
