Nichola helped me and and my husband purchase our first condo in Albany. She was accommodating of our work schedules and always had a ton of information to provide on things we never would have considered. As someone who is a bit indecisive, it was great to have Nichola ask guiding questions and remind us that we shouldn't settle for things we weren't satisfied with. The whole process was good, and she was great about updating us and answering questions along the way. On top of all that, she is just a very fun and friendly person!
