Would have given a 5/5! But felt a perfect score is never taken to heart. Nichola and her team were 10/10, no issues. We have used her a few times in the past and will continue to do so. We sold our condo ($500k plus property) in downtown Edmonton and purchased in the Ritchie area. These communities are very competitive but we always felt like we had the upper hand. Nichola found us a house that was not even listed yet!! we viewed it before it went online and that's how she won us our dream home!

This is my 2nd deal with Nichola Elise. She helped me buy my townhouse condo in Daly Grove (Millwoods Area) and I couldn't be happier! We were in multiple offers and actually lost out on the house, but Nichola kept her eye on the unit and when it didn't sell, we jumped at it again! And after many issues with the inspection, which Nichola SOLVED THEM ALL!, I am not moved in and very happy!
