He made the whole process as stress free as he could and was always available to answer questions no matter how menial they were. He has continued to deliver after completion by checking in on us frequently and directing us to the appropriate people for questions he is unable to answer. My partner and I had the pleasure working with Norm selling our property recently. We first planned on selling our place last year. Since the place was tenanted, we wanted to find a realtor who has experience in selling tenanted properties. We spoked with a few realtors and inquired on strategies and approaches they might take regarding this matter. Norm expressed great confidence and patience throughout the few discussions we had, and we’ve made our decision. Norm was extremely professional and made the whole tangible process as smooth as possible. He made great rapport with our tenants, and coordinated showings with great results. My partner and I really appreciate how clear he explained everything on all the contracts and paperwork. There were still some glitches towards the end (of course) even after the completion day, but Norm assisted us in all ways possible with the same professionalism. All in all, we had a great time working with Norm, and would recommend him to others looking for a highly professional realtor as well.
