We were very pleased with Norm. He put forth a great effort and used his expertise to get us the best price possible. He brought a professional decorator in to give us information and tips on how to show our home so that it would appeal to all buyers. He contacted interested buyers that he met at his other open houses and told them about our listing. The results of his work were that we had multiple offers and our house was sold even before we had an open house, and it sold over listing price!
