<p>Very happy I chose Norm Hiller as my real estate agent. He is exactly who he says he is. Don't let the fact he is young fool you. He helped me get my home ready for market by suggesting trustworthy and professional contractors to replace my flooring, painting suggestions, even found me cleaners that worked on a weekend (not common). He encouraged me to focus on my current purchase, even when I had my doubts. Turned out to be a great decision. Totally recommend Norm and his team!!</p>

<p>I've used Norm several times throughout the years to buy and sell properties. In comparison to the many other realtors I've used in the past, Norm is by far the most knowledgeable, duediligent and professional.</p>

<p>Norm went above and beyond selling our investment property. He gave us good advice to get the house ready for sale, he was very accommodating to our schedule, and was present for all the showings. He was able to negotiate a fair deal and get the house sold quickly and for top dollar.</p>

<p>This was my first home to sell, so I was a little nervous about the process and what to expect. Norm was approachable, informative, and really knowledgeable. He took the time to explain options and provide rationals around how/why things are done/ could be done. Norm broke down the process of selling and what I could realistically expect time wise and market wise. He was professional, timely, and I never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions. It was such a fluid process and there weren't any surprises. I'd totally recommend him!</p>
