Patrick was amazing he helped with whatever we needed along the way. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, he was quick to book viewings for us when we wanted them as well.

We had a fantastic experience working with Patrick! He was easygoing, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was his honesty as he didn’t just try to sell us a house, he gave us the full picture, pointing out both the pros and cons of each property we viewed. His advice was thoughtful and practical, and he even connected us with any reliable contacts we needed like an amazingly helpful mortgage broker which was also his wife so it made the process that much easier having them work together, as well as multiple different inspection companies, and lawyer firms for us to pick from. He helped work around my spouse’s work schedule and didn’t make us feel pressured with any decision we made. We had limited time to get a counter offer in on the home we purchased and he went an above and beyond to get the paperwork done for us to get it in on time. It really felt like he had our best interests at heart. Highly recommend!
