Grateful for Patrick’s Dedication. Buying my home was a really stressful experience, and there were more hurdles than I expected—but Patrick never gave up on me or the process. He stayed patient, persistent, and supportive the whole way. Even when things got overwhelming, he kept pushing forward and helped me through it. His experience and determination made all the difference. I’m so grateful he was in my corner, and I don’t think I could’ve gotten through it without him. He advocated for us with the builder of our new property when we had some unexpected plumbing issues come up after the sale. Despite his obligation to us as our realtor being finished after the purchase, he ensured all issues were resolved to make sure we were satisfied in our purchase.
