Patrick was a very knowledgeable agent and did everything I requested. He showed me all the properties that I wanted to see and more. Even when we had one picked the first day I requested to see more the next couple days and he made them all happen. I highly recommend Patrick as an agent.

My wife and I met Patrick last winter at an open house. We learned right away that he is an easy guy to like--a cheerful, down-to-earth person, who really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. He was fairly new to the real estate business, but we got the impression (maybe because of his military experience) that this was a person who would go the extra mile to help a client find the right place. And he did. The fact that it took seven months was no fault of Patrick's--he had two "impossible" clients who kept changing their minds about what they wanted and where. I think many realtors would have given up on us in despair but not Patrick---his optimism and good humour never waned. Throughout the process he showed tremendous grace and resilience in his efforts to find us a property that my wife and I could both agree on.
