We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ranjit Nijjar and Mr. Sony Singh to sell our property in Brampton. The customer service we received was superb where they both started off by educating us about the market conditions and how they would reflect on the sale our house. They helped us set a price we were comfortable with for our home and made sure we were feeling comfortable and confident with our decision. Their team came in and staged our house to perfection not interrupting our fail flow of work. They even invested in minor maintenance and clean services so that our house could meet the top standards in the eyes of potential purchasers. It was a seamless transition from listing our house, to receiving and accepting the best offer. They exceeded the expectations we had and made selling our house a comfortable experience for us. We truly appreciate the hard work and dedication that was put into our home and we love the fact that we were able to be open and honest with Mr. Nijjar and Mr. Singh. Both Ranjit and Sony are experienced professionals. Sold the house in 3 days. They got us exactly what we wanted. They were both easy to work with and very honest individuals. Our experience working with Ranjit and Sony had been Incredible experience which cannot just be justified with our Review. The journey started with us reaching out to Ranjit on one fine day at our home. 1. Passionate Professional - We were surprised with the amount of Home work which Rajit has done with bunch of comparables - I can see true passionate professional in Real estate. 2. Awesome Staging - The house has been well taken care off through true professional Staging team and we saw one more surprise element which was unbelievable to see how our home looked Gorgeous attracting more buyers 3. Professional photography- I saw good pics on real-estate sites from other realtors and when compared with how Ranjit team planned for photography was simply outstanding. This certainly is major asset for Ranjit 4.Outstanding Marketing Strategy - oh my God, I don't know whether Ranjit and Sony ever sleep everyday, they have some many different strategies to attract buyers. Online ads, social media presence, brouchers, even the house album was ready with all the Great pics. 5. Simplified Paperwork - after doing all the above this is where the paperwork should also be talked and the respect which we had until this step about Ranjit simply sky rocketed as well. It's a rare finding to find such a Trustful person who stuck to the words during the first visit at our home and what we discussed was exactly on the paper. #Honest #Trustful #Truthful 6. Poring number of showings - this is where we need little more patience from the sellers side when working with Ranjit and Sony. Their strategy and marketing brought in so many buyers in just 6 hr of going live on MLS. There was showing every 15 mins. I don't know how Sony managed to keep up with who is coming and going. But, this is a true step which is a must for any house to be sold faster with best price 7. Solid Pricing strategy - this clearly shows what Ranjit and Sony had in their minds. All we did was left it with them to decide the numbers and get us the best price. This happened within no time 8. For Sale to "SOLD" - WOW!! We just sold in less than 2 days but, the buyer backed out not giving us the check and These 2 folks Ranjit and Sony didn't sleep. They took it as challenge and changed the strategy a bit and SOLD in 6 hrs after the pricing strategy is refreshed. And We are sold same night at 10.33 pm with Better price than the first offer!!! I can't end this review or story anytime soon but the Journey and working experience with Ranjit Nijjar and Sony Singh has been Simply Superb and Outstanding and is not comparable with any one!!! Ranjit and Sony - you both have great passion in what you are doing and you will always be blessed by the GOD!!!!!
