Ranjit provided our ideal service. We went into this wanting a realtor that knew the market, was respectful/professional when communicating and would work with us to get the best deal possible. He began with his professional and respectful attitude. He brought with him comps and justifications that matched my research. He respectfully challenged me on my assumptions to arrive at a asking price was within our expectations and his estimates. He put us in touch with contractors that fixed up the house at a reasonable price. And assisted with coordinating the touch ups. The staging and photos were fast and immediate as soon as the contractors were done. All that lead to an overasking offer in a week of being on the market. The house across is the same model was on the market for a week longer and is still on the market.

He is professional in his services and quick to response. All that required to be done for the sale of home was well organized.
