5 star! If there was a term to describe Ranjit it would be true professional !! Both my wife and I read all the 5 star reviews online and we were a bit sceptical when we contacted him for a free market evaluation for our home but all that scepticism was cast aside after our first meeting. We have a baby and he had the courtesy to wait every time she cried so my wife could listen to what he had to say. He came in having done his homework, provided real time market comparables, a strategic pricing plan and clear direction for what we needed to do to get top dollar for our home and it all came true.
