I have used Renee to purchase a home in Sept 2025 and also to sell a home in Aug 2023. I would not hesitate to recommend her and to use her again. She is experienced, professional and very organized. She also is very active in the community and volunteers her time to make the Cowichan Valley better. A absolute pleasure to work with!

Renee is fantastic to deal with. She went the extra mile with the advertising on MLS and her videos are of top quality and informative. Renee help ooen houses often, and never stopped until she sold our house. Would also like to note that our house is a float home, so this makes the market a niche market with a small amount of interest. And she still sold it in just over 3 months. I would highly recommend Renee to anyone buying or selling a house.
