Renee not only lives up to here low pressure approach, she literally removed the stressors from the purchase with ease. I was feeling overwhelmed with the 2 week offer acceptance deadline due to missing information for the mortgage broker, and Renee worked her magic in ensuring the deadline was not the make or break of the deal in a simple extension. We had one house in mind, and so glad we got to work with Renee to understand the inspections discover opportunities and also to be prepared for exactly what we were getting ourselves into, mitigating surprises.

Renee was wonderful to work with. she was patient answering our questions and always replied. In the past some realtors left us hanging without answering for days but not Renee. She did a great job with recommendations/ suggestions and helped us sell our place. She was both professional and friendly.
