We relied on reviews to select a realtor to help us move to town from outside the Valley and Renee lived up to the rave reviews. Firstly she was great at quickly arranging tours of homes for us to view. She was super responsive to communications, came to viewings with a depth of knowledge and experience that helped us assess each place, and is knowledgeable and helpful in all the other aspects of a house purchase (contracts, negotiations and communications). I highly recommend Renee to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I really enjoyed working with Renee. It was a long distance purchase, and she was very accommodating. She was very patient, and worked with me for over 6 months finding the perfect home. She was great at virtual showings, as well as taking my relatives on showings for me. She listened to what I was looking for, and helped find information about the areas. She’s great at staying in touch, I never felt like I was in the dark, or waiting for information. She was also great at recommending trades to help with some upgrades in our new home. When I need to find someone to do some work, I still call her, even today. She went & did water tests for me, and helped with insurance. She is friendly, smiley, and a wealth of knowledge.
