<p>Richard made the process of selling my parents' home of 56 years as painless as possible. Upon arrival to see the property, he was well prepared with information such as the year the home was bought, original purchase price, who the owners were, comparables in the neighbourhood, etc. He was also 'gentle' when it came to asking questions rather than abrupt. My mother was the owner (along with myself) who has Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia. When a meeting in person was preferred on our part, Richard was very patient and understanding with my Mom when he was asked the same question 5 or 6 times; he just repeated the answer as if he was answering for the first time. He also kept us up-to-date regarding show times and numbers of interested parties as per our preference. He informed us about the process from beginning to end and left it up to us how much or how little we chose to be involved. Finally, Richard seemed to understand that although this was a necessary sale, it was very difficult for both Mom and I leaving behind decades of memories. Thank you so much Richard.</p>
