Richard made the whole process of buying our home effortless, pain-free & a pleasure.... He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the residential real estate market in Ottawa. He is also incredibly professional and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy/sell/rent.

We put our house up for sale in the Ottawa suburb of Orléans on the evening of June 17, 2021. We used the services of Mr. Richard Pearce as we had utilized his services in 2001 to buy our current home and had been extremely satisfied with his professionalism, honesty, his knowledge and the overall quality of his work. Mr. Pearce provided excellent pre-sale advice, and as such, we were well prepared when the sale day arrived. When reviewing the draft listing, including the photos of our house, we realized that we had made an extremely good decision in seeking Richard's help again. Everything was top notch. In less than 24 hours we had received a preemptive offer close to $100,000 over our selling price, which we accepted. We would highly recommend Richard to our friends and family, and to anyone wishing to sell their house.
