While my wife and I sat on the fence on the idea of purchasing our next home , Richard had the respect and patience that is require in a big purchase , knowing through his many years of experience that it does take time to choose the property that will work for you. Richard had spent the last three years working with us and proving that his knowledge and experience was in fact the game changer for us. Through the covid outbreak and high housing costs , it was important for us to find something that fit our budget , and it has certainly paid off for us. Richard moved as quick as he could to help close the deal , replied in a timely fashion through email or simply a phone call , kept us in the progress of things at all times. This is the 2nd time I am using Richard's services. Once last year, (2020), to sell, and this year, (2021), to buy. I found him to be the same as usual: punctual, mannerly, very resourceful, & informative. He even went as far as to hop a 7 foot wooden fence, barefoot, to help us out of locked backyard, during a home showing. He's our Olympic Hero! ;)
