Alex was wonderful from the time we first met until well after closing. He was recommended to me by a friend who buys investment properties. We needed a quick closing but wanted a fair deal. The market didn’t allow for much of a price negotiation but he was able to negotiate a couple of improvements that we needed made. He also was able to get compensation after we took possession for appliances that were not working properly. He continues to check in to see how we are doing well after a month of living there. I highly recommend him as much as he was highly recommended to me.

Alex was fantastic through this process. He listed our house at a price point that created a lot of action quickly upon becoming active. Unfortunately Alex had an out of country emergency and had to leave. Even through this incident Alex did a great job. We agreed to an offer with Alex’s help with him being in Germany.

We have worked with Joanne on 4 properties. She is very good at her job and personable. I would not have and reservation recommending Joanne to family and friend and look forward to working with Joanne again.

Glenn went well above and beyond our expectations in assisting us with our purchase. He was exceptionally prompt in responding to our text messages and in preparing documents for DocuSign. We even received emails from him late at night!!

We could always reach, and expect honest communication from our realtor. We promptly received all emails, we clearly had our questions answered, and she tirelessly worked to find us the right fit.
