However, as a business owner with a 33 years in sales and marketing, I have absolutely no hesitation in referring Samanda to home owners listing a home for sale. 3 brokerages/agents and 24 months with no acceptable return is defeating to say the least. We needed a new strategy. We attended an open house hosted by Samanda and knew immediately...We enlisted her services that evening. Why? What was the difference? How did she sell our home? Yes there was a slight price adjustment but minimal. The difference? Samanda does not simply list and wait. Samanda invests in the outcome. She invests her time...in open houses...marketing...creative videos and networking. Samanda is fun but professional. She knows what she's doing. Samanda suggested the price to list and was absolute right in that regard. On day 4 of the listing I received an offer which I was willing to accept, full asking price and only conditional on financing, which I completely understand. Condition was waived.
