We sold with a very short close date in Ottawa, which left us with a short time to buy in Sault Ste. Marie. Samanda quickly arranged an organised list of houses to view and booked an entire day to tour me around. Once we had chosen a house, her knowledge and connections in Sault Ste. Marie made the process smooth. She skilfully guided us through negotiations, and recommended a local mortgage broker, lawyer, home inspector, and insurance broker. I highly recommend Samanda!
