From the moment I received Samanda's immediate response to my query to her, she was on the ball at every step and was a real pleasure dealing with her on all fronts. She knew what she was seeing, assessing, talking about, and was genuinely frank and informative as well as gave me a sense of real confidence in my having contacted her to sell my property. Things moved most quickly and smoothly and the house was spoken successfully for within a week of being on the market. Sound advice re. the selling price and expectations proved to be absolutely on the mark and all went as productively as one could ever plan!!! She will be the first person I would recommend to anyone who needs and agent and certainly will be handling my next sale of property!!!
