I can't thank Satinder enough for the great job he did in finding a new home for my family and negotiating such a great price and terms for us! We first met Satinder through another business interaction long before we hired him as our agent to sell our house. He was called in last minute and I had a tight timeline. I reached out to him especially because of the success he had selling the house across from me in record time. He was very attentive to every detail we spoke about and walked through the property with me, I was amazed at the property description how precisely he captured all the highlights of the property and clearly communicated it in the listing. The touch he added to the prep of the property made it amazing and I was not surprised when the house sold in record 2 days over asking price. He has a gentle personality and would provide up to date information about what is going on. He was on top of the transaction every step of the way. Feels very good to be able to hand over one of the worries of moving houses to a competent agent knowing your best interest is being looked after.
