Satinder helped us tremendously in our 1 house search and we (me & my wife) are very happy with the house we finally bought. Satinder went beyond my expectations in what I was looking for in an agent! He was genuine and gave his honest thoughts on the properties we looked at and wasn't afraid to even point out some of the negatives he noticed about the homes that I would never have even known about! He wasn't pushy and I never felt like he was persuading me into making a quick decision. He let me take my time while viewing the homes without pressuring me and gave me space as I walked through the rooms without being on my heels every step of the way and trying to sell me on every feature. The previous agent I had was trying to convince me to put an offer in on almost every house we visited and would just talk and talk continuously to make it seem like he knew everything, but Satinder let me do my thing, showed incredible patience and guided me professionally and honestly on making a good decision. He is very knowledgeable and I actually learned many things about homes as he would point out things I need to know about home maintenance and issues I could face.
